Our NPOA Board of Directors meetings are held the second
Wednesday of each month at the Executive Suites Building Conference Room located
at 16810 Avenue of the Fountains. All NPOA lot owners are welcome to
attend, but due to the size of the room and agenda constraints, please contact

Our Committee of Architecture (NCOA) meets every Tuesday morning
at 8:30 AM at the Executive Suites Building Conference Room located at 16810
Avenue of the Fountains. As with the NPOA Board, the Committee has a full
agenda and visitors discussing different issues, so please contact the office

Our annual meeting of NPOA / NCOA and all Delegates takes place in April. Notices are sent out to all Delegates with the agenda, time, and location. As with the other meetings, all NPOA members are welcome to attend. Contact the office in late March for a schedule of the meeting.
There is an ongoing effort by the NPOA to get the lot owners and delegates more involved in the decision making process, and in voting for NPOA Directors and NCOA Committee members. We are open to any and all suggestions on how to improve the NPOA / NCOA.
