Schedule of Permits
Permits are required for the following:
Single Family
Multi-Family
Duplex (Same as single family)
Each additional unit over two
Commercial
Remodels / Additions / Accessory Buildings
Repainting house
Mailbox
Walls / Fences
Satellite Dishes
Antennas
Signs
Solar / Evaporative Cooler
Re-roofing (excluding flat roof recoating)
Driveway
Open Air Structures
Pools/Spas
Demolition

Variance - An escrow deposit of $600 will be required upon application. From this a $300 fee will be retained, as well as any expenses incurred related to a Public hearing if such a hearing is held, such as advertisements, rental of accommodations, stenographic services, postage, etc. Whatever balance remains will be returned to the applicant after the Committee of Architecture renders its judgment.
Permits are valid for 1 year, with a renewal option of up to 6 months at the NCOA's discretion.
