Is Your Lot or Home Within The Jurisdiction of the NPOA or NCOA and Subject To Its Guidelines?

Instructions:

This section offers you 2 ways to determine whether or not your lot or home falls under the jurisdiction of the NPOA / NCOA. If you are within NPOA / NCOA jurisdiction, you must adhere to our Development Guidelines and the Fountain Hills Declaration of Reservations.

One way to determine if your lot falls under NPOA / NCOA jurisdiction is to locate your Plat number.  A Plat is a large tract of land which contains smaller tracts of land called Blocks, which contain even smaller tracts of land called lots.  Your home is built on one of those lots.  Your Plat, Block and lot number can usually be found within your legal documents, title report, survey, etc., from when you purchased your home or lot.  A list of the Plats that NPOA / NCOA cover is located below.  If your Plat matches any of the numbers, your property is under NPOA / NCOA jurisdiction.  If your Plat does not match any of the numbers below, this does not mean you do not belong to a Neighborhood Association or Committee of Architecture, it just means you do not belong to NPOA / NCOA.

Another way to determine whether your property falls under NPOA / NCOA jurisdiction is to us, or call us between the hours or 8 AM and Noon Monday through Friday at 480-837-5317.
