The following forms are required to be completed before the Neighborhood Committee of Architecture can approve a permit for construction. For new construction, all forms must be completed. For Remodels and other construction, fill out only the forms that apply. The Committee meets weekly to review all plans and permit applications. If you have a complaint about a property within NPOA / NCOA jurisdiction, fill out this complaint form and submit by mail, or E-mail your complaint following the same outline as presented on the form.
