Permit fee and compliance deposit are due at the time of application. Please note that the $25 examination fee is waived on all plans. Applications are accepted Monday – Friday 8am until noon.

CANCELLATION FEES: A)
10% of the permit fee will be reimbursed if the permit is
cancelled after review from our architect. B)
A $100.00 cancellation fee applies when a permit is cancelled before plans go to
our architect. C) Permits less than $100.00 will not be refunded.
TRANSFER FEES: A $100.00 fee will be charged if permit is transferred to a new owner.
