Permit fee and compliance deposit are due at the time of application.  Please note that the $25 examination fee is waived on all plans.  Applications are accepted Monday – Friday 8am until noon. Once a permit is approved it is valid for one year; permits associated with a violation are only valid for 6 months from date of approval.

CANCELLATION FEES:     A)  10% of the permit fee will be reimbursed when cancelled after architectural review.  B)  Permits less than $100.00 will not be refunded.

TRANSFER FEES:  A $100.00 fee will be charged if permit is transferred to a new owner.
