The Compliance Deposit is separate and in addition to the fee for the permit. It will be held in a special account and will be returned in full on completion of the project, provided the terms for the issuance of the permit have been met.
Those terms include the following:
- Securing permit before start of construction.
- Requesting the two inspections as stipulated.
- Any desired changes to the design as originally approved must be approved
by the Committee of Architecture before being carried out.
- Project is completed within allotted timeframe.
