Landscape must be installed in all areas visible to the street and adjacent properties prior to final inspection.  I (we) agree to complete the landscape in accordance with the landscape criteria outlined in the Declaration of Reservations and Development Guidelines. 

 The undersigned agrees that plans and specifications submitted as part of this application will not be amended without approval from the Neighborhood Committee of Architecture.  The finished structure will be what is represented by these plans and specifications.
